I thought that after almost enough years of listening promos and releases, I have heard it all, but no. Very ofter things come to surprise me, sometimes in a pleasant and others in a not so pleasant way. Thankfully this album belongs to the pleasant ones, so we are also commenting a few thoughts about it. The surprise is not about the style, although it has enough of them also, but it concerns the performance. The album is instrumental, something that is hard to find in an Power Metal album. The style is Power Metal, complex and with constant tempo changes, with enough doses of Progressive as well, always well performed, and never boring or repetitive. Along with this, the band manages to implement into their songs almost every Metal influence known to man, and they manage to do it in such a fluent way, that has left us speechless. A rather unique, but highly interesting and intriguing album. With enough elements to discover, a main concept, quotes from movies between the songs, the band manages to create a debut that worth the while.
