GLYDER - Glyder

Here's an album that will draw the attention of the listeners. Coming from Ireland, and carrying along their Irish influences, the band managed with their debut album to create a true gem. Blending some 70's influences, with some 80's stuff here and there, their music sounds so classic, yet so fresh and modern. It has all it takes to become a favorite, good arrangements, catchy songs, nice ideas, and songs that might sound simple but are exactly what it takes. And to all this, count the excellent production of Chris Tsangarides, a familiar name for those that grew with the 80's metal scene. An album full of music, that is fun to listen to, but serious enough to explore it to the maximum. Excellent.

9/10
