Black Rose - Cure For Your Disease (2012)

From Newcastle UK, this is a classic NWOBHM band that refuses to give up nowadays. Their third full length blowed up my stereo with its quality riffs and melodies. They are even better, of course at their ...more metal than Hard Rock moments like "Fight for Your Life"  but generally this is an album that your collection can't afford to miss!

Bon Jovi - Lost Highway (2007)

I agree that too many ballad-like songs spoil the whole thing and there is also some weak stuff too. But "We Got It Going On" is one of the best in the Bon Jovi history, "Lost Highway" is a great rock song, and "Everybody's Broken" is so wise! Not too bad for those old but always teen in heart rockers.
