SAINT DEAMON - In Shadows Lost From The Brave

It has been a while since I have heard an album that contains melodic and catchy music, that might not be innovative, but is what is supposed to be, fun. This is the debut album of the band, a band talented enough, that consists of well known musicians, who have recorded and participated with enough bands during the past years. The result is an album that sounds fluent, predicted, or even cliche, sometimes, but full of nice melodies, good musicianship, and sticky well written songs. A special mention needs to be done for the vocal capabilities or the singer, who manages to sing in various ways, from almost narration-like to screaming, always with the same quality. Despite the style, the band has put some nice ideas into the arrangements, making the songs even more fun to listen to. If you are into melodic stuff, seek no more. This album has it all, and there are no weak points in it. Might not be the most unique album, but it's so full of nice music, you won't even notice.
9/10
